Application Support and Steam folders are there. Its' not difficult after all, but should you not feel comfortable in messing around with Terminal commands, at least GO TO your Library and then navigate within there. So launch your browser and search for (copy here and paste in search field) "macos user library hidden" and find your answer. But it depends on you macOS version (Sierra, High Sierra, Catalina etcetera). There are different methods on how to either access your Library folder, either make it visible, being this temporary rather than not. Apple tends to keep its files and folders not accessible for mysterious safety reasons, even if it's definitely your stuff to navigate to. Is because your library folder (within your user folder) is kept hidden by the OS itself.
